2023/04/06 We have confirmed that the 17:00 addition issue has been resolved.
The cause was a failure in the IX to which the cloud was connected.

In some environments, there is an issue where a lot of buffering occurs while streaming or watching recordings.
We introduced mitigation measures around 15:00 on 04/05 and the problem was resolved in environments with IPv6 connections, but
There are still circumstances that have not been resolved.

Some environments using NTT East/West optical lines and connecting only with IPv4 connections (this does not occur in environments with IPv6 connections, etc.)

1. For live streaming, please use low quality mode.
2. This problem may be avoided by switching the connection route using a VPN, etc.
(We have confirmed that this cannot be avoided with GoogleOne VPN, but can be avoided with NordVPN)
