A new comment section that does not use Flash is now official.
This is a painstaking version that has been rebuilt from scratch using HTML5 while maintaining the appearance as much as possible.
It is overwhelmingly lighter than the previous version, and it is also possible to change the size of the comment section.

The new comment field can be used with most of the current browsers including IE, but if it does not work properly, please change from "restore the version of the distribution comment field" to "old mode" on the following page. A Flash version is also available.

From around 11pm on March 19th, the connection to the kukulu site became unstable.
There were some issues with kukuluLIVE, such as some functions not working properly.
As of 8:00 a.m. on March 20th, the service has returned to normal operation.

This was due to a load failure on the line side, but due to the mechanism, there is a risk that it will occur again even if the switch is made.
We have introduced the following countermeasures.

- Introduced CDN between users and servers to improve connectivity and stability during busy hours.
・Switched the server line to a faster one.
- Changed the connection between the server and CDN from IPv4 to IPv6 to improve speed and stability.
(IPv4 can be used as is by tunneling between the user and CDN)

*The high load this time was on the web processing system, and the streaming (distributed video processing system) has already completed clustering and IPv6 tunneling, so no problems have occurred.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the failure and maintenance work for a long time.

・Improved to make it easier to find the broadcasts of "favorite broadcasters".When a broadcaster registered as a "favorite broadcaster" is broadcasting, the distribution display on the top page will be displayed prominently.
Furthermore, no matter what sorting settings you use, it will always be displayed at the top.

- Added a "Broadcasting frame without recording" to the FlashVideo version . If you stream using this broadcasting frame, no recording (time shift) will remain.
Other specifications are exactly the same as the regular broadcast frame.

If you do not need to record, please use this broadcast slot to reduce the load.

Just like the traditional test slot, you can also use it to test your settings.

- The viewing mode of the smartphone app version has been changed. The default viewing mode of the smartphone app version is now "high-speed high-quality mode", which has the same image quality as the PC version.
In this mode, no server-side encoding is performed and the original quality is played.
No app updates required.

Some of the broadcasts that ended during the following times were not recorded properly.

This is due to a software failure in the control server, and although it is currently being restored, the lost recorded data cannot be restored.

We will change the Kukupo system as follows.

・Ended giving Kukupo when viewing kukuluLIVE FLV version in high quality mode (from 2016/09/26)
High quality mode is no longer needed as the system continues to improve so that all viewings can be processed in high speed high quality mode.
The function itself will remain as a replacement in case of system failure, but the granting of Kukupo will be discontinued.

・Set an expiration date for Kukupo (from 2016/10/01)
If you have not logged in to your kukulu ID once in the past year, your Kukupo will be 0.

You can view a list of broadcasters' timeshifts in the app while watching live/timeshift.



・You can now add the broadcast you are watching to your My List. (Only while logged in)
Streaming can be added to My List from the setting screen while watching Live/Timeshift.

・Distributors who have registered for new broadcast notifications are now added to favorite distributors at the same time. (Only while logged in)
In the "Favorite Distributor" list when displaying the time shift, those registered in the new broadcast notification will also be displayed.

・Added a function to adjust the size of characters and images.
Scaling is automatically adjusted according to the DPI of the device, but manual adjustment is now possible if you want to make the characters larger or smaller.
You can change it from the setting screen while watching Live/Timeshift. It is necessary to reopen the screen for the changes to be reflected.


-Fixed an issue where time-shifting of recently finished WMV distributions could not be viewed only when high quality was set.

Known defects:
・In the iOS version, the initial buffer charge of Time Shift rarely ends <br>You can watch it by reopening the viewing screen. It will be fixed in the next update.

These features are supported from version "1.8.4" onwards.
Both iOS and Android versions are already available.

・Problem that distribution list of My Page is not displayed properly.
Fixed around 21:40 on 03/27.

The following specifications have been changed.

・The viewing function on the smartphone web version has been abolished. <br>It is not used much, and it is difficult to use high-speed, high-quality images and cluster servers, which increases the maintenance burden.
It was decided that it was unnecessary and abolished recently that the high functionality of the application has been completed.
From now on, please use the app version.
