From around the end of 2015, the network in western Japan became extremely congested during the busy hours from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
There is a problem with watching live broadcasts (low quality version/mobile version) and recording time shifts.

The following are the issues caused by this issue.
・Buffer hell in the low-quality version ・Buffer hell and whiteout in the mobile version ・Buffer hell and frame-by-frame playback in time shift (including the high-quality version) (because the bandwidth required for recording is not met, the data itself is It is missing)

We are investigating to resolve the issue, and have been attempting to switch lines to resolve the issue since January 24, 2016.
No effective improvement has been seen so far.

We have incorporated a function (detection and deletion of KB3132372) to automatically avoid this problem in Coffret.
If the symptoms persist, please try the solutions below.

For Windows 10 only, the patch " KB3132372 " distributed without permission via Windows Update has a serious bug.
All software that utilizes Flash, including kukuluLIVE Coffret, will crash and stop working.

This patch updates Flash (ActiveX) to v20.0.0.267,
Skype, made by Microsoft, also uses Flash internally, so it appears to be crashing.
Moreover, Windows 10 has a humorous specification that Windows Update is performed arbitrarily and cannot be stopped.

On systems other than Windows 10, updating to Flash ActiveX v20.0.0.267 will work without any problems. No impact.

The workaround is as follows.

[Uninstall the problematic patch (KB3132372)]
1. Right-click the Windows mark at the bottom left of the screen and open "Control Panel".


2. Open “Uninstall a program”.


3. Click View installed updates.


4. Right-click and uninstall "Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB3132372)" from the list.
*The "Installation date" should be around 12/31. It is convenient to sort by newest first.


5. Even if a reboot is required after uninstallation, a reboot is not required.


If you don't know how to uninstall a patch, it's a hassle, or you don't want to think about it,
The same effect can be achieved by downloading the batch file below, right-clicking it, and running it as administrator.


[Preventing the patch from being installed again]
1. To prevent uninstalled patches from being installed again, download the following software.

・"KukuTalk" can now be selected as the reading engine. If you want to use "KukuTalk", please turn on "Use KukuTalk (Beta)" from "Comment reading" in "Comments".
When you start it for the first time, it will download a file of about 20MB.

Internally, OpenJTalk (with a secret English word dictionary) is used to read out the text.
If you have an htsvoice file, you can switch to any voice.
Mei-chan is included as the default voice.

*Unlike the "KukuTalk Network" that existed three years ago, synthesized speech is generated locally.

Due to the removal of HackShield from Mabinogi's game security,
It seems that Mabinogi can be distributed again on 32-bit OS.

Operation has been confirmed with Windows 7 SP1 32-bit version and kukuluLIVE Easy Setup (FLV version).

However, please note that you need to specify the window area of Mabinogi from "Specify range" instead of "Drag here".
