We have added a feature that allows you to automatically recover your e-mail address if you forget your ID or password.
By setting a "recovery address" in advance, you can authenticate your email using that address and recover your account immediately.

You can set a recovery address at any time by selecting ``Set/Change Recovery Address'' from ``Account Information in Use'' on the Discarded Email Address ``Address'' tab.



*Recovery address This is for emergency use when the throwaway email address becomes unusable, so you cannot specify the throwaway email address. Please specify the address of another service.
*If your settings allow you to receive emails from your computer, you can also set your mobile carrier's address.

If you can no longer access your abandoned email account, you can recover it using the form below.

We will change the Kukupo system as follows.

・Ended giving Kukupo when viewing kukuluLIVE FLV version in high quality mode (from 2016/09/26)

From "Auto address deletion" in the settings menu "Batch deletion of addresses",
You can delete all addresses that meet the following rules in bulk.

・Addresses that have not been used for more than a week Addresses that have not sent or received messages for more than a week

・Addresses that have not been used for more than a month Addresses that have not sent or received data in the past month

・Addresses created within the last 12 hours Addresses created within the last 12 hours (addresses created in large quantities for temporary, disposable use, etc.)

Emails sent or received from the target address will not be deleted.
The address will also be recorded in the "Deleted Address" section of the settings menu, and only the user can restore and reuse it at any time.

We recommend that you use the smart method of deleting unused addresses and re-registering them from the "deleted addresses" if you need them again.
