This patch updates Flash (ActiveX) to v20.0.0.267,
Skype, made by Microsoft, also uses Flash internally, so it appears to be crashing.
Moreover, Windows 10 has a humorous specification that Windows Update is performed arbitrarily and cannot be stopped.

On systems other than Windows 10, updating to Flash ActiveX v20.0.0.267 will work without any problems. No impact.
