From around the end of 2015, the network in western Japan became extremely congested during the busy hours from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
There is a problem with watching live broadcasts (low quality version/mobile version) and recording time shifts.
The following are the issues caused by this issue.
・Buffer hell in the low-quality version ・Buffer hell and whiteout in the mobile version ・Buffer hell and frame-by-frame playback in time shift (including the high-quality version) (because the bandwidth required for recording is not met, the data itself is It is missing)
We are investigating to resolve the issue, and have been attempting to switch lines to resolve the issue since January 24, 2016.
No effective improvement has been seen so far.
We are still working on improvements.
